LS/CMI Working Group

 


 

Frequency of meetings:   Quarterly, 3 month basis     

Purpose:   Review of progress, actions and issues. Consideration of Change Requests from proposed objectives outlined within the Terms of Reference (see below).

 

The LS/CMI Working Group's remit will include the following business as usual activities:

  1. Refine CJSW Business Process in the community to identify potential requirements for change, this will include process, content and function including individual case reporting (recognising that this will need to manage expectations and work within the confines of available budgets)
  2. Refine the management reporting function of the system for LS/CMI users to identify potential requirements for change, this will include manager, service manager and data analyst/information officer. (recognising that this will need to manage expectations and work within the confines of available budgets)
  3. Refine the custodial Business Process to identify potential requirements for change, this will include process, content and function, whilst taking account of the wider custodial process and current case management review (recognising that this will need to manage expectations and work within the confines of available budgets)
  4. Review and agree the development of LS/CMI Training including content and method (sub-group to convene for the purposes of detailed review)
  5. Assess reports generated by the custodial and community evaluations and make recommendations about any action as required(including policy and practice)
  6. Assess reports generated by quality assurance processes and make recommendations about any action as required whilst supporting service led self-evaluation (including policy, practice and evaluation)
  7. Consider change requests to further develop the LS/CMI IT method and system
  8. Represent LS/CMI senior users within the Change Board for the system as a whole

 

 

Membership

 

The LS/CMI Working Group will consist of senior users of the method and system, the RMA, SG Community Justice colleagues, SPS and TDO representation. The Chair will rotate between SWS, RMA and Community Justice.
